And one too star who has been strongly linked with Manchester United is Victor Osimhen. The Nigerian striker has been in red-hot form this season and would be a great addition to Ten Hag’s side.

What Did Osimhen Say?

Meanwhile, in a recent statement, the 24-year-old might have given Ten Hag hope of signing him this summer. While highlighting his gratitude to be playing for Napoli and in Seria A, the Nigerian striker added that it’s his dream to play in the premier league.

He said: “I’m working so hard to make sure that I achieve my dream of playing in the premier league someday, but like I said, it’s a process and I just want to keep on this momentum and continue to do well”.

With Napoli currently in a strong position, there’s no pressure to sell Osimhen, so this deal could be difficult for Manchester United to pull off. However, with Osimhen’s desire to play in the premier league and him fitting the profile of Ten Hag’s ideal player, there’s a possibility this deal could pull through in the summer.
