“Reject My Husband If He Underperforms After Four Years” – Oluremi Tinubu says in Imo State.

As the general election draws closer, each presidential candidates and their supporters are taking the campaign and rally to different communities in Nigeria to promote their own candidate.

Earlier yesterday, the popular female senator representing Lagos Central and the wife of the All Progressive Congress Party presidential candidate, Mrs Oluremi Tinubu address the people at the South-East women’s rally for Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign in Imo.

In her statement shared by Sahara Reporters and Daily Trust now, Mrs Oluremi Tinubu tentatively said “we have tried the Muslim-Christian ticket, let us try this one too and after four years if they don’t do well, you can drive them out.”

Recall that there have been different reactions towards the APC Muslim-Muslim ticket as many believed the combination of Muslim candidate as the President and Vice President might not yield good result and as such, Mrs Tinubu said it is time to try a different option other than what the country has been having.

Also in her statement, Mrs Oluremi advised voters to ignore the religious part in this presidential election.

Mrs Oluremi Tinubu believed that power lies in the hands of the people any time and while delivering her statement, she told the people to reject her husband (Asiwaju Tinubu) if he fails to deliver as expected.
