OyoDecides: Check The Total Number Of Votes Won By PDP, APC And SDP In All The 33 LGA In Oyo
The Governor Of Oyo State, Gov Seyi Makinde, who happens to be the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is set to be declared the winner of the Oyo State governorship election after the collation of the results from the 33 Local government areas in Oyo State.
gov Seyi Makinde won in 31 LGA, with a total 563,617 votes, according to a report from The Cable, which is about double the votes of his closest challenger, Teslim Folarin of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who scored a total votes of 251,230 votes.
The APC candidate, Mr Folarin won only two local government areas, while Seyi Makinde won 32 local government areas, according to results announced by INEC at the state collation centre in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital. Moreover, the SDP candidate, Adebayo Adelabu Won a total number of 38,757 votes.
