Former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, has said that Governor Ibrahim Shema of Katsina state has impacted positively in promoting socio-economic well being of the citizenry.

Obasanjo said that Governor Shema has not disappointed his people in the art of governance, adding that this was shown when he inspected some developmental projects in the state capital during a visit.
