Game of Thrones actor found dead at home

Game of Thrones actor, Andrew Dunbar has been found dead in his Belfast home.

On Christmas Eve, December 24, the Game of Thrones movie actor was seen in a vegetative state in his Belfast home in Ireland.

The 30-year-old Portrush native was renowned on the set of the hit HBO show where he worked for years as an extra. He was a body double for Theon Greyjoy, who is played by Alfie Allen in the series.

His acting career included appearances on the TV shows Line Of Duty and Derry Girls.

He also worked as a Game of Thrones tour guide. Pamela Smyth, the head of crowd makeup at Game of Thrones, was quoted in reports that Dunbar was “always professional and mannerly, with a big broad beaming smile. A beautiful soul he will be missed by all the GOT family.”

A police spokesman said the ‘death is not being treated as suspicious’. A post-mortem has also taken place to establish the cause of death.

In other news, a Bollywood actor took his own life on Boxing Day.

According to local media reports in India, the actor was found hanging in his apartment.

His Bollywood colleague, Karanvir Bohra shared the news of his demise on social media saying;
“Ur demise has shocked the hell out of me. I’m still in denial @itsme_kushalpunjabi. I know you are in a happier place, but this is unfathomable. The way you lead your life really inspired me in more ways than one….but what was I to know. Your zest for dancing, fitness, off-road biking, fatherhood and above all that, that smiling face of yours, your happy-go-lucky nature your warmth all that was such ingenuity. I’m gonna miss you so much #kushlani You will always be remembered sad a guy who lived a full life”.
