Music video director, Clarence Peters has been granted bail by the Nigerian Police; days after he was detained over death of video vixen, Picture Kodak.
Clarence Peters was arrested over the death of Picture Kodak, real name, Love Divine in his house several days ago. Sources disclose that the video director was granted administrative bail. Equally important, this is coming four days after the police commenced investigations on the death of the dancer.
Meanwhile, reports indicate that the investigation included a visit to the director’s home studio where she died; as well as an autopsy conducted by the Lagos State government.
The autopsy revealed that the dancer passed on from the effects of electric shock while charging her phone.
The police had in its statement said that Peters was going to remain in detention; pending the outcome of the autopsy.
Kodak was electrocuted while charging her phone at Peters’ residence.
The talented video vixen was rushed to the hospital. However, she was pronounced dead on arrival at a close-by hospital shortly after.
During the early hours of Monday, the music director came out to debunk the news that he was arrested.
Composing a lengthy narrative on Instagram, Clarence alleged that he turned himself available for questioning after he was invited this past weekend.
Recall that Reported that the popular dancer, Picture Kodak real name Love Divine died in his house in Omole, Ikeja, Lagos on Thursday, April 30.
She was popular in the industry for working with Clarence in videos for acts like Burna Boy, Tekno, Davido, Olamide and more.
